You can see me working out on a trap bar.  This is one piece of equipment I have come to really love.  Though the execution is relatively easier, once you load more weights it becomes difficult to balance the bar.  Teaching deadlift on this bar is  easy, but the bar is heavy for a beginner.  The bar emphasis more on the quadricep and the hip which makes it unique.  I am proud to own a trap bar in my gym, as I believe none here have them in their gyms.  Enjoy the video.  Namaste.
