Check this 60 years old man break-dancing. He moves so swiftly; it’s amazing. A healthy lifestyle can do this to you. You have to move and get physically active, or you lose your physical body if you don’t use it. This reminds me of the famous quote of Bernard Shaw. He says, “We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.” So old age shouldn’t stop you from moving and exercising. However, pick the form of exercise, which you like, so that you stick-on to it.
