A Breathtaking Strength Feat By A 71 Year Old Man.

I always make it a point to operate on the abdomen wheel, for I am truly fascinated with this simple but very effective exercise. The standing rollout is one of the exercises which require sheer strength in the core muscles. Weakness of any kind in the abdomen and lower back, you are going to fail in this exercise.
I bring in a video where John, a 71 year old man performs 15 reps in a row, which requires a great deal of strength and endurance. I personally can perform around 10 reps, if I am asked to, but a 71 year old man who performs it with such nicety is truly breathtaking. If you don’t believe me, try to do it.

If you can do 10 reps, lesser mortals like me can probably do ONE rep, that too with difficulty. Anyway, thanks. You keep me going and make me remember that I should not give up physical activity.
Yes, sir, the underlying idea is to not quit physical activity. I tried doing the standing rollout for maximum reps, and I could manage 13 reps.
