I bring to you a 46 year old lady who knocks off 100 repetitions in 8 minutes and 4 seconds. This video is to inspire the weak hearted who think that they are too old to train. Moreover, I have seen many individuals who fail to recognize that their bodies are much more capable than merely walking for half an hour to be fit and healthy. I don’t know from where the message that you need to walk for half an hour or so to be fit and healthy has come from. You have to involve vigorously in physical activity for the requisite metabolic turbulence to set in. It can assist yoy to transform your body. So, don’t be a lazy bum and look out for shortcuts.
