This is hilarious, so I thought I would share this with you. I know that this video is no way related what I generally discuss in the blog. I am exploring avenues to actualize fun, joy, and playfulness in my fitness regimes. I very well know that fitness regimens, when performed in groups can be highly productive and joyful. But my question is, can fitness regimes be made more enjoyful for individual’s who thinks physical activity is boring? I don’t have an answer to this question, but I do hope to unravel the secret.
