Living Proof For Motivation. Persistence Pays.

I stumbled upon this video while I was checking some others at YouTube. What impressed me is the genuineness of the video. The transformation seems very real. He states that he sheds 80 lbs of fat and gains 5lbs of muscles. On other hand, we would liked to have seen a thickly muscled man after he shed the fat. What we see is a man who is simply lean–just no fluff. You should also appreciate his persistence. It took him almost a year’s time to bring the transformation. It is good to know that he found a genuine roadmap to shed the fat—hitting weights and dieting.

I do honestly feel that we make a big fuss when it comes to losing fat. You just need to eat clean and get moving. Importantly, you need to stick to the plan—be persistent.
