The Friday Fury.

I am amazed at the relentless pursuit we demonstrate on Fridays, which is also met with an aggressive intent as far as developing functional fitness is concerned. If you can view the adjoining video, you can very well see that we have come up with few more new lifts, which we have added to our training arsenal: The waiter walk on one hand with a kettlebell in conjunction with a suitcase carry with a dumbbell, the deadlift carry, the overhead shoulder press carry with kettlebells, and the front squat carry combined with back squat carry . All the overhead carrying strengthens the entire shoulder girdle.

I have come up with few more ideas, which I will try to implement in the coming days.
