This is what functional training is all about. You are able to move your body the way you want. You should be able to perform good number of pull-ups, pushups, lift heavy weights, carry heavy weights, run long distances, jump high, as shown in the video, and even be able to do short burst of high voltage sprints. What I mean to say is that you have to prepare a body which is primed up to do whatever it is asked for. Make it strong from the inside out. For, you should feel proud of your body.
This reminds me of a quote by Jim Rohn, American speaker and Author, he rightly says “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” So build a body of rock, iron, and steel, for Fitness Building which is Ironcult’s take home message is not only about flaunting muscles but to also enjoy radiant health for many years to come.
