I eagerly wanted to publish this video in the blog as soon as my colleague, Suraj, sent it to me. Listen to the man in the video. You will truly like it. If he can do at a ripe age of 65 years so can you no matter what. This is how physical training redefines you. You feel much younger than you actually are.
Of course, the video is by Cross Fit, and it is a promotional video. But the message from the video is very clear: You have to train no matter what your age is, for you will be young and feel young.
