Worst Deadlift Form.
I hope you would never do this. My question is, “What is the man trying to prove?” I feel that the man wants to show that he is pretty strong, but looks idiotic. I can declare that none of my gym clients would execute the deadlift employing such pathetic form. I believe one should use proper technique and refrain from strictly gratifying their ego. The goal should always be to stay healthy and fit for many years to come. For lifting weights in such a careless way can be disastrous and lead to debilitating injuries.
