Ha! How true. I, however, say to my gym clients not to bother about their eating plan when they join the gym. For many of them gymming by itself is painful let alone dieting. So, for them to think about eating the right way, in addition, is a nightmare. If you frequent the gym and consider it as second nature and a daily chore then it is time for you to bother about eating.
Nonetheless, the above statement is true. Perhaps, you may burn few pounds through exercise alone, but if you are in need of consistent results then watch out. The KFC’s, McDonald’s, the burgers, the kebabs and bakery products don’t help you, whatsoever. Now, you ask me “why the hell am I supposed to eat healthy?” You say, “Isn’t our lives short lived, and are we here not to enjoy food?” My friend, you enjoy your food but also have in mind that you should not be plagued by diseases at an early age. Moreover, to some of them, eating food invariably means the sole purpose of life. But sooner or later you are forced to follow the diet your doctor tells. You will not have the liberty to eat the food you like; whereas, if you eat healthy and stay in a desired and healthy body-weight range you can perhaps consume junk food occasionally. Since your body allows you to do that.
